Notice for Admission To Std XI Session(2020-2021)

• Application form for Class XI for the academic session 2020-21 have to be filled online.
• Filling of application form will commence from 4th November 2019 and will end on 10th November 2019 (Both dates inclusive).
• Only one form can be submitted against one mobile no. For reopening the form after submission just type the mobile no of the father and press tab.
• All data should be filled in correctly. Form once filled and submitted cannot be modified.

Please ensure that the following documents have been attached along with the form.
• Photocopy of the Std IX and X Report Cards (Self attested) Mentioning the purpose "For Admssion to Std XI"
• Applicant child's passport size photograph to be pasted on the form at the designated place.
• Family Photo (Should include only Father , Mother and the child seeking admission)
• Photocopy of Caste Certificate if applicable
• A Pay Order / Demand Draft for Rs.500/- favouring D.B.M.S. Kadma High School payable at Jamshedpur. The name of the child, form number and mobile no of the parent should be written on the reverse in clear legible writing

• Filled in Admission form along with all attachments as referred above should be placed in a sealed envelope and submitted at the school office as per the details given below:-
